Kaybridge Residential was founded on a simple belief: moving home should be one of life's most exciting milestones, not one of its most stressful.

Founded by Kevin Barzegar, Kaybridge Residential was born from a passion for property and a genuine desire to help people achieve their dreams. Having started my career in estate agency over 18 years ago, I quickly realised that property is far more than bricks and mortar. Every home has a story, every move represents a life-changing moment, and every client deserves an estate agent who genuinely cares about their journey.

The inspiration behind the name Kaybridge comes from an ancient Roman bridge known as Key Bridge, built over 2,000 years ago in Cornwall. The symbolism was powerful. Just as a bridge connects two destinations, Kaybridge was created to connect people — bringing buyers and sellers together and helping them move from one chapter of their lives to the next.

From day one, our mission has been simple: to help people move forward.
