Furthermore, 37% of respondents noted that higher energy-efficient homes are holding their value well in the current market, indicating their resilience and attractiveness to potential buyers.

The survey highlights several popular upgrades, including insulation upgrades, installation of energy-efficient heating systems, and the incorporation of renewable energy sources such as solar panels.
