The deposit protection service is a custodial scheme where the landlord submits the deposit free of charge to the scheme and is funded entirely by the interest earned from deposits held in the scheme. The DPS charges a protection fee and the landlord holds onto the deposit for the duration of the tenancy.

The client money protection is a service put in place to protect client’s funds held by the property agent and other professionals to give you peace of mind.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service for 29 years and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service.
